Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every attempt to see patients at their scheduled time. If we must help someone with an urgent problem we will we do our best to maintain the schedule. Urgent problems are often seen at the end of the morning or afternoon clinics. We provide x-rays, crutches, splints, and casting materials for the proper management of recent injuries. Seriously ill patients or sizable open wounds are better cared for at an emergency room.
If you cannot keep your appointment, we appreciate a courtesy call to cancel the appointment with as much advance notice as possible. Please leave a message at 919-968-6008 ext. 0. Repeated cancellations without notice will incur a charge.
If you live a long distance from our office and want to determine if your orthopedic problem matches our expertise, you are welcome to send your image by US Post Office media mail. Please accompany the image with a letter or e mail that describes your case. The e mail address is doctorreview@chapelhillorthopedics.com. We will respond by letter or e mail and return any images by US mail. Contact the US Post Office for directions on how to use media mail.
Repeated cancellations without notice will incur a charge.
